All items are sent via Australia Post’s parcel post service.
Processing time
The processing time for most ‘made to order’ items is 7 – 10 business days, however some items may take longer to be made and shipped out. You can find this information in the description of the individual items. ‘Ready to ship’ items take 1 – 3 business days to ship out.
All items in your order will be shipped together, so please take note of which item has the longest shipping time.
Australia
STANDARD POST
Delivery time estimate is 2-6 business days depending on the delivery location (metro or country) and if the parcel is travelling interstate.
EXPRESS POST
Delivery time estimate is 1-2 business days depending on the delivery location.
Lost and damaged goods
Little Hangings will provide compensation for lost goods if and only if the package did not get marked as ‘delivered’ by Australia Post. Compensation will also be provided for damaged items if damaged items are reported to Little Hangings within 2 business days of the package being delivered. Otherwise, no compensation will be provided by Little Hangings.
Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, earrings and ear cuffs cannot be exchanged. Rings, necklaces and bracelets can be exchanged within 30 days after delivery at the buyers expense.
Returns and refunds
Returns are not accepted for change of mind. Only faulty items will be refunded. Items are not considered faulty if general wear and tear or excessive force has caused the items to become bent out of shape or disfigured.
